Amius’ reporting obligations under RTS 27 extend to its OTC structures and exotic options “Transactions”. This cost disclosure is therefore in relation to these Transactions. This document provides information on costs as required in Table 5 of RTS 27.
The costs incurred in your Transactions with us consist of the following:
Execution fees
This is the fee we get charged by our brokers when executing the delta or entering into an EFRP.
This can vary depending on the underlying commodity to your Transaction. We set out these values in Table 5 of RTS 27 as an aggregated view, i.e. the total amount of execution fees we were charged that day.
We may, at our discretion, decide not to pass on the execution fee to you, based on your trading volume and other existing Transactions with us. This will be reflected in your ex-post disclosure.
Third Party fees
This is the fee we get charged by Introducing Brokers who have introduced your account to us. These fees vary depending on the underlying commodity to your transaction and the commercial terms we have negotiated with the Introducing Broker. Where these apply to your Transactions, we advise you of this specific amount in your ex-ante report.
We are unable to disclose this information publicly, owing to confidentiality provisions in our contracts with these third parties. However, we do provide an aggregated view of these amounts (to the extent they apply to Transactions) in Table 5 of RTS 27.
